Prefer to be seen in the privacy and comfort of your own home or work hours that make commuting to an office difficult? Video visits through a HIPAA compliant platform offer convenience and privacy that can reduce barriers to you or your child getting the help you need. 
Telemedicine visits require a quiet space, good webcam and high speed internet connection. 
A Telemedicine Consent Form is required to begin appointments virtually. I am bound by the Ryan Haight Act which restricts my availability to prescribe controlled medications without an in-person visit. In-person visits may sometimes be medically necessary or required by pharmacy laws otherwise. You will also be asked to provide your physical address, and name/location of your Primary Care Physician at the time of the visit. The link will be emailed and texted to you via Simple Practice.
